How do you run a full design sprint in 12 hours?

Research (2 hours)

We interviewed 8 people in the venue about their electricity bills and solar awareness. The insight: most people knew solar was cheaper long-term but couldn't afford the upfront cost.

Ideation (2 hours)

We generated 23 ideas. Voted. Killed 20. Refined 3. Picked 1.

Prototype (6 hours)

Figma for the screens. React Native for the demo. One designer, one frontend dev, one backend dev. Clear lanes.

Presentation

We lost. But the judges said our UX was the strongest in the room. That felt like a win.
